I just found termite damage — what should I do first?
Take a breath. Don't disturb or spray it, take a few photos if you safely can, and call us for a 24-hour damage assessment. Most termite damage is repairable when handled properly.
How fast can you get to me?
We aim to be on site within 24 hours for a damage assessment, with a clear, itemised quote within 24 hours of that visit.
Do you deal with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage to the standard insurers expect, scope the repair clearly, and liaise on your claim — so you don't have to translate builder-speak.
Is this just a cosmetic patch-up?
No. We're a QBCC-licensed builder. We carry out proper structural restoration — joists, bearers, wall and roof framing, sub-floor — then reinstate cladding, ceilings, paint and fittings.
How long does a termite repair take?
A typical repair runs around 4–6 weeks depending on the extent of the structural damage. We give you a clear schedule before we begin.
